InnoSchool lead partner, DEX Innovation Center, is a private non-profit, multidisciplinary innovation and research centre established in Liberec, the Czech Republic, with extensive experience with designing, developing, partnership building and managing transnational innovative projects. DEXIC is the author of several research and innovation projects that were successfully awarded a grant or had been carried out with private funds (www.dex-ic.com). 

Jan Kubalík is the CEO of the DEX Innovation Center and, above all, is the person behind the idea and the creation of the InnoSchool project. Jan has a technological background in computer science. His 20 years of professional career was all about start-ups, from working with them, through being a technological entrepreneur to be a social entrepreneur and support them. Jan builds an excellent network worldwide by serving the clients or building a partnership with companies. His expertise is business development and fundraising for innovation and research.

                                                                      

 

Michal Štefan has been working at DEX Innovation Center as Head of Project Implementation and Communication and has been involved in the creation of the InnoSchool project since its inception. He loves innovation. He always worked only in companies that brought something new and something unique. He has worked, studied and traveled in the UK, Denmark, Norway, Australia and South America. He is the manager of the DEXIC Accelerator, where he also discusses startup models with their business models. He is also the main person responsible for creating business models for a unique application for patients with mild dementia - SMART4MD.

                                                                     

 

Business Incubator - Gotse Delchev (BI-GD) Entrepreneurship Promotion Center is a not-for-profit organisation, in public benefit, working since 1999 to encourage entrepreneurship, job creation and innovations. BI-GD provides information, training, mentoring, consulting and fosters the socio-economic and human resources development focusing on the young people, partnership and networking, support start-ups and SMEs at local, national, and cross-border level (www.bi-gd.org).

Rositsa Dzhambazova is the director of BI-GD and local project manager of InnoSchool project. She has 20-years’ experience in business incubation, business consulting, human resource development, networking, training and mentoring for SMEs, start-ups, NGOs, social enterprises. She has been engaged with the development and project management of many EU projects in entrepreneurship, including social and youth entrepreneurship, innovations and creativity, rural development, farming, sustainable tourism and more. She also participates in monitoring and policy development processes at national level.

Natasha Zarankova is a project expert in BI-GD. She has 20 years of experience in project development, coordination and implementation of projects related to human resource development, social, youth and female entrepreneurship, and engaged with communication and dissemination activities, trainer in entrepreneurship and ICT. She is responsible for the work of the BI-GD vocational training center and the implementation of the IT concepts of BI-GD.

                                                                         

 

The European Center for Socio-Professional Integration ACTA has the mission to promote educational activities, professional and social skills development of young people and adults in order to be able to adapt and integrate effectively into a dynamic society. Numerous and various European projects implemented by ACTA are focused on innovation, creativity, social initiatives, entrepreneurship and exchange of best practices. Due to these, ACTA brings partnership expertise for social innovation creation (www.actacenter.ro).

Mihaela Popovici, the president of ACTA Center, is the InnoSchool project manager and the person responsible for the overall project implementation on behalf of ACTA. She has extensive experience as a teacher and school director and is also a trainer in adult education and an expert in national projects funded by the European Commission. She has relevant experience in coordinating and integrating many successful European projects, in design, research, international collaboration for innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity development and participation in international scientific meetings.

                                                                    

Simona Trip is a professor at the University of Oradea, in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Humanistic Sciences. She teaches counseling and psychotherapy skills and techniques in undergraduate and master programs. Her research interest is focused on socio-emotional skills development in children and adolescents. She participated in several national and international innovation projects. At the InnoSchool project level, she is research responsible and works to develop the social content of the InnoSchool Learning System.

                                                                       

 

Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency is a regional-level agency, member of a nationwide network established by the decision of the government with the involvement of 5 public and semi-public partners in the region. Its core focus is to establish and maintain a network of services via strong cooperation network with the other service providers, universities and the business sector, as well as the general community through national and international partnership. Find more information about the Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency on its website www.kdriu.hu. 

Csaba Bende is our colleague from the Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency, organisation in which he is a project manager. He received his MSc in urban planning studies in the University of Szeged in 2015. There he participated in Earth Sciences Doctoral Programme as well and is currently finishing his studies. Meanwhile, he joined CTRIA and worked actively in various international projects funded by the Interreg Central Europe or Danube Transnational Programmes. He dedicates his free time to activities like hiking, swimming and travelling. He also grabs some books to read in his free time.


                                                              

 

The Board of Education for Vienna, European Office is another InnoSchool key partner from Austria. It is the responsible institution  for education and schooling of pupils living in the Federal Region of Vienna.
Board of Education for Vienna, European Office (EUB) is a specialized unit within the Board of Education for Vienna responsible for innovation and development in Viennese schools particularly in the areas of entrepreneurship education, transition from school to work and modern language learning. Over the years, EUB has gained extensive experience in the development, implementation and management of European Union co-financed projects. As a project manager, Arnold Gutmayer is developing and implementing transnational projects co-funded by the EU with a special focus on creating innovative tools and services for the education sector. Collaborating across Europe and learning from intercultural exchange are the highlights of his daily work.
In case of the InnoSchool project he also contributes with his vast experience in business consultancy and market research. His passion is to discover innovation opportunities by understanding the needs of different target groups.
Arnold’s leisure time is dedicated to his family. Together with his son he enjoys walking beside the river Danube and imagining which stories the river can tell and what the river will experience next.

                                                                          

Judit Makkos-Kaldi PhD. is an EE Expert and has over 17 years experience in developing and implementing concepts regarding (social) entrepreneurship education, innovative e-learning tools, and in managing EU-funded projects.
Furthermore, she has over 15 years educational involvement both in adult education and at primary schools.
She is committed to life-long-learning, not only through managing projects with educational content, but also through continuous development of her own personal learning path.

                                                                           

 

Technical University of Kosice is the leading Slovak public technical university which caters for a wide range of educational and research needs throughout Slovakia and Central Europe region, focusing on Information Technology, Business, Machinery, Engineering and Biotechnology. The InnoSchool project is implemented by the Faculty of Economics, it's staff providing the invaluable expertize. Mojmír Prídavok is project manager and researcher at the Faculty of Economics, responsible for smooth implementation of the InnoSchool activities. His fields of research include supply chains, electronic marketplaces, analytical support tools and the use of artificial intelligence techniques in the economic sphere. He is also interested in electronic methods of procurement and design of business solutions. He participated in several international and national innovation projects.

                                                                           

František Janke is project manager and researcher at the Faculty of Economics at TUKE responsible for thematic domain of the InnoSchool project. His research areas include economic aspects of electronization of business processes, business modelling, adoption of techniques for knowledge discovery in databases in economic decision making and design of IT solutions. His research activities have been recognized in several international or national innovation projects.

                                                                            

 

Regional department of education - Blagoevgrad implements the state policy in the secondary and high schools at the territory of Blagoevgrad. It is responsible for curriculum management, supervisory, inspection and methodological assistance to over 124 public and private secondary and high schools in the region. Mr. Ivaylo Zlatanov is Head of the Regional Department of Education of the Blagoevgrad Region. He is fully responsible for planning, organizing and supervising all activities in 124 schools, 72 kindergartens and 8 Servicing Units in the region. Mr. Zlatanov coordinates many regional projects and national and European programs. He is a member of the Municipality Council in Blagoevgrad and Chairman of the Commission for Education and Culture. He actively participates in policy-making to ensure quality education for children.

                                                                     

Mrs. Katya Ivanova is a Senior Expert in the Information Services of RDE – Blagoevgrad. She has experience in the implementation of projects as an expert, well acquainted with the education systems regulations.  Mrs. Ivanova participated as coordinator and expert in projects for the establishment of extra-curricular activities. She also participated in the organization of seminars, workshops, and conferences in many European projects.  

                                                                             

 

Centre for Resources and Educational Assistance of Bihor County (CJRAE Bihor) is a public body specialised in providing, coordination and monitoring of special educational services, belonging to Romanian National Education System. CJRAE Bihor informs, trains and advises teachers in the spirit of mentality change and for improvement of the educational activities.  Institutional and managerial capacity gives CJRAE the ability to act as a facilitator in relation to schools and relevant stakeholders by promoting pro-active attitude towards social integration, well-being and self-development. Cristina Maria Mang is an enthusiastic school counsellor, with real passion for students, technologies and apps for fostering cooperation in classes. Based on more than 10 years of experience within education and European projects, her notable skills refer to interpersonal abilities, communication and multitask. She is also experienced in Psychological Counselling, supporting others in building a valuable life. On behalf of CJRAE Bihor, Cristina’s role in our project, regards active involvement in activities with educational character and promotion actions. Meanwhile, her PHD studies focusing on enhancing the educational and occupations aspirations of students are to be completed soon!

Angela Luminița Baș is the financial manager of Bihor County Center for Resources and Educational Assistance. She has a vast experience and expertise of over 20 years in the financial management of renowned public bodies on a local and national level, as well as in the financial management of European funded projects, which have been successfully implemented by said institutions. She is a Chartered Accountant, a Public Acquisitions Expert and a member of RCCCA (The Romanian Chamber of Certified and Chartered Accountants) since 2009. She is open to new challenges, flexible, calculating, pragmatic and directly involved in team work, cooperation and efficiency.

          

Agency for economic development of City of Prijedor "PREDA-PD", established in 2007, is one of the leading development organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. PREDA is specialized in development of local policies and instruments, which are enabling local companies and entrepreneurs to increase their competitiveness locally and globally, including business incubation and advisory services for start-ups. In the last period PREDA is focused on innovative technologies and their implementation in all secondary schools in Prijedor region. Agency PREDA was the initiator for introduction of entrepreneurship as subject in all vocational school's on national level. Sanja Inđić is a financial manager on behalf of Agency PREDA in the project InnoSchool. She holds a BA in Economics and MA in Project Management. Sanja has been working on preparation and implementation of project linked to improvements of local economic development for 11 years, focusing on projects that improve educational system in Republic of Srpska in last 5 years. She also worked as a first level control of several organizations in B&H on project funded by Swiss Government. For two years she was engaged as a youth employment advisor for UNDP and gained significant experience as a youth trainer. She spends her free time playing sports, hiking, reading and traveling.

                                                                          

Milena Gnjatović Simatović is a project manager for the Social Development Department in the Agency PREDA and a project manager on behalf of her organization in the project InnoSchool. She holds a BA in Economics and has more than 15 years of experience in preparation and implementation of national and local development strategies and projects linked to local economic development. In last 6 years she has prepared and implemented projects related to the improving of educational system making it more suitable for labor market in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In her leisure time, Milena enjoys visiting theater and reading.

                                                                                                                                  

Goran Rodić is engaged in the economic development activities in the Agency for economic development of City of Prijedor "PREDA-PD" since the 2003 and he may be considered as one of "the co-creators" of the Agency. His primary task in the agency is project development and international networking, with the focus on local/regional economic development, entrepreneurship development and competitiveness of SMEs. He actively participated in processes and projects of creation of number of local economic development instruments and policies (cluster development, lifelong learning, support to innovation, etc.). In time of leisure, he enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities and biking.

                                                                           

 

Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade (RADEI) is the key development coordinator of the Belgrade Region. RADEI focuses on preparation of strategic documents and actions plans, support to the SME sector, women and youth entrepreneurship, education, market research and business strategy fields. As a main regional service provider, RADEI supports the City of Belgrade administration and other regional stakeholders (public entities and enterprises founded by the City of Belgrade) in preparing project proposals and implementing approved projects. Through education, training and consulting services to its stakeholders in areas of PCM, tourism, culture, rural development, green solutions, innovative and sustainable economic growth, RADEI attracts projects that contribute to sustainable development of the Belgrade Region. Biljana Jončić is a project manager in RADEI and holds a US MBA degree since 2002. She has 17 years of experience in preparation, assessment, management, monitoring and evaluation of projects and grant schemes funded by the EU and other international donors. Managing projects that empower youth creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship for the past 3 years brings great joy to her calling. Apart from enjoying long walks with her Golden Retriever, books, travel, concerts and theater are her favorite leisure activities. Pretends to be Jamie Oliver in the kitchen and enjoys cooking for friends & family (and the dog).

                                                                         

Rafael Pupovac, a project manager and business consultant working at RADEI, has extensive experience in project management, marketing, strategic and business planning, tourism and market research. He holds an MBA in marketing since 2003, and has worked in both private and public sector, helping businesses develop, but also working at and managing national-level public institutions. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading and listening to music, but most of all he enjoys painting, drawing and visiting art exhibitions.

                                                                         

 

FĂCLIA Association was created in 2003 to address the needs of young people in Moldova. The vision of the Association is that of a strong and powerful civil society, with responsible young citizens who are provided with opportunities to explore their fullest potential, are motivated and able to represent themselves, can easily find decent jobs. Since the very first day of its establishment „Faclia” has followed the principles of cooperation and youth guidance with the purpose of facilitating personal and social development of young people (aged 16-30), helping them to achieve their potential and particularly to obtain knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for social and economic integration. Angela Ciocirlan is the president and founder of FACLIA association, inspiring and guiding the association members and partners towards providing better opportunities for youth in the Republic of Moldova. Angela is passionate about social innovation, social entrepreneurship and circular economy. She is one of the advocates for the improvement of policies in the field of state support for social enterprises and an active member of the National Committee for Accreditation of Social Enterprises, created by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Moldova. Angela has also relevant experience in planning, organizing, delivering and evaluating programs for young people, managing national, international and cross-border projects, establishing and developing effective and long-lasting partnerships with local public authorities; providing advice on business development, monitoring and evaluation. In 2013, Angela was certified in Organizational Assessment, Project Management, and in 2014 as a Trainer by Evolutive Consultants Network Romania.

                                                                       

Daniela Dirzu has over 12 years of experience in the field of project management. Over this period, she has proved commitment to contributing to the implementation of various projects aiming at providing youth with opportunities to explore their fullest potential. She is a promoter of the economic, social and cultural rights of young people, being also involved in monitoring of these rights as representative of Faclia association at the Platform for monitoring international human rights recommendations in Moldova. Currently, Daniela is actively involved in developing partnerships with educational institutions so as to motivate them to participate in the pilot of the InnoSchool project and to include entrepreneurship education in their curriculum. 

                                                                       

Iulia Pancu is a professionist with an experience of over 30 years in education, currently holding the position of Head of Ungheni Education Department. Her expertise areas include career guidance, child welfare, educational management and many more. In the case of InnoSchool project, Iulia, together with Faclia Association team members, plays an active role in the mapping of the regional education curriculum frameworks, piloting of the InnoSchool Learning System and integrating it into the curriculum.Iulia is convinced that the InnoSchool project will boost pupils’ creativity, their spirit of initiative and their confidence to turn their dreams and talent into entrepreneurial projects. This will be achieved by provide pupils with the opportunity to identify community needs, work in teams to come up with business ideas, test the viability of their ideas with the Business Model Canvas.Iulia strongly believes that the planet needs a new generation of entrepreneurs that would combine economic, social and environmental goals. Thus, she is working towards providing training opportunities for teachers on entrepreneurship and use of innovative methods in education.
