The 8th Project management in practice conference, held in Ljubljana, Slovenia on February 14 2017 in Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel

The conference focused on the business performance of projects which is mostly shown through the synergies between realized project objectives on the one hand, and the corporate strategy (working on the right projects), realized business effects (business value of the projects) and business benefits (benefit realization) on the other hand. Benefit realization was also the headline of the (USA-based) PMO Symposium this year.
