In 08.12.2017 within the Rural DEAR (Development Education & Awareness Raising) Agenda project CCI Vratsa conducted in Vratsa a workshop with stakeholders about the DEAR Agenda adaptation and commitments for its implementation in Northwest Bulgaria. 

During the event the Learning by Doing partners from Bulgaria disseminated the project Learning by Doing and explained the dual track vocational education & training as a strong factor for the economy and not at least, for the regional development.
