1st strategic workshop on Sustainability Strategy for post-project activities of the InnoHPC Lab was successfully concluded in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on 20th of March 2018.

More that 30 participants from consortium members, stakeholders (external experts, business consultants, and business providers), policy makers, and HPC providers met to debate the already produced materials on sustainability of the InnoHPC Lab. The set of documents is going to be developed and assessed in order to enable the InnoHPC Lab to operate and sustain itself even after the project end.

One of the main conclusions of the 1st workshop was that the main challenge for the continuous operation of the InnoHPC Lab is going to be in raising awareness and marketing of the ecosystem InnoHPC Lab offers. After raising awarness, the second task of the InnoHPC Lab members is going to be in supporting the collaboration and promotion ob the InnoHPC lab and its services.
