NETWORLD - Work Meeting in Bulgaria

NETWORLD work meeting was held on March 19, 2018 in Dobrich, Bulgaria attended by experts from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, the Deputy Mayor Dr. Emilia Baeva and key officials from Dobrich Municipality, representatives of PP 3 Varna Economic Development Agency (VEDA) and PP 4 Regional Historical Museum - Dobrich. The focus of the meeting was on the Heritage Sites Management Plan for the Military Cemetery in Dobrich, to be developed by the Bulgarian partners until  the end of  the project period 3. There was a valuable discussion on the main positions of the parties involved in the meeting, the activities to be carried out under the Work Package 4, the measures to preserve the cultural heritage of the First World War and its promotion for tourism purposes. During the day, visits to the Military Cemetery and other museum sites were initiated, as well as an educational meeting with students from the Vocational High School of Tourism in the city.
