Second strategic workshop in Dubrovnik engaged consortium partners and stakeholders (external experts, business consultants, and business providers) in preparation of the Sustainability strategy and Business plan of the InnoHPC Lab.

Outline of the main documents surrounding the basic functioning of the InnoHPC Lab was established and the main operation rules were discussed.

The Business plan will, together with the Action plan form the basics to maintain the functioning of the InnoHPC Lab also in post project time.
