WOMEN IN BUSINESS partners gathered in Constanta, Romania on 09th October 2018 to jointly observe and discuss Romanian good practices in fostering young women entrepreneurship. Hosts of learning event were project partners from the Association of SMEs Constanta (PIMM) and OVIDIUS University of Constanta (UOC), notably Mr. Iulian Groposila and Ms.Raluca Trandafir. 

During the event project partners and young students gained extensive knowledge on different business women support initiatives delivered by the University, female and youth support organizations, and public agency.

All partners visited 2 examples for successful business women: “Nyota”, a 4-star hotel located in Mamaia and “Graphtec”, a company which is one of the main players in the signs and retail furniture markets in Romania. Both of them shared experience on how they managed overcome different challenges and to succeed in usually men dominated sectors.

Next learning event will be held in Chisinau in Moldova in November 2018
