On October 4th 2018, the DRIM project and its main result, the Danube Compass informational platform (available at www.danubecompass.org) was presented to the counsellors at the Agency for labour and employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo. The Agency, which is also an associated strategic partner of the project, welcomes the platform as an important empowering tool for residents wishing to work and reside abroad. In the first part, the director of the Agency, Mr. Muamer Bandić, spoke of the importance of such an informational tool for Bosnia and Herzegovina as a country dealing both with outward migration as well as extensive entrepreneurship and investment activities. Then, Sanja Cukut Krilić, project member of DRIM presented the platform and its use, followed by practical examples of its use and comments by the participants. The meeting has also resulted in ZRC SAZU as the LP of DRIM initiating further dissemination and information activities about the DC in Bosnia and Herzegovina together with our associated strategic partner Agency for labour and employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to reach its end-users: public institution officials as well as potential migrants and mobile individuals.
