The Danube Energy+ project has kicked-off! On the 4th of October 2018, in Karlsruhe, Germany the first project meeting was organized in order to formulate the rules of procedure during the project, set an internal communication schedule and define the financial management plan. As a result, each of the project partners had to define a project manager, communication manager and finance manager. The meeting aimed to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each project partner, as well as to set a structured methodology for communication, reporting and budgeting. In turn, these steps will help the smooth start of the project work packages.
