Sibiu, the European Gastronomic Region 2019, hosts on 29-31st of March, the National Conference entitled “University and pre-university centers meet at the counseling services confluence”, organized by The Romanian Counsellors Association and the Center for Resources and Educational Assistance of Sibiu County. The event represents an excellent opportunity for sharing practices, models and results of many educational activities, programs and projects, between teachers, school counsellors, directors and public bodies.

Important stakeholders for Innoschool project were present here, like Mr. Radu Szekely, Special Advisor at the Romanian Ministry of National Education and Ms. Cristina Marin,

Inspector on behalf of General Directorate of Early Education, Primary and Secondary Education, also from Romanian Ministry of Education.

The core elements of InnoSchool initiative and thematic activities were largely explained to the audience, by Simina Maria Miko, the Communication Manager. Our project raised attention and gained many positive reactions, mainly due to its strategic approach, attractiveness, digital orientation and social media interaction. In fact, InnoSchool focuses on entrepreneurial competences and social innovation, which is clearly in-line with the Romanian New Vision on Education, also introduced here by Mr. Radu Szekely.

Other relevant projects were disseminated by the representatives of Centers for Resources and Educational Assistance from different counties, like “Motivated for career – Your vocational counselling program” implemented by Zalau County, financial supported by Tenaris Silcotub; “Stop bullying, start cooperation” (organized by Sibiu County);  ,,Creating and implementing integrated community services to decrease poverty and social exclusion – POCU/375/4/22/122607” (implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice in partnership with the Romanian Ministry of Education).
