MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE MEETING:

This is the first project meeting with the aim of establishing a good understanding of responsibilities and a successful network between all partners to allow for the smooth implementation of all activities.

  • to build a „team spirit” – better knowing each other
  • to agree on internal processes for project management and communication plan
  • to review in details the activities and Work Plan
  • to agree on the further immediate steps (next period of 6 months)
