Academy for social entrepreneurship in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The first module of Academy for social entrepreneurship organized by Centre for development of social entrepreneurship “Globus” within a project “Agenda for social entrepreneurship” financed by Embassy of Netherland in Bosnia and Herzegovina took place on 03. and 04. July 2020 in Doboj.

Academy for social entrepreneurship is set as informal educational program meant for people who:

• are interested to use innovative ideas in order to contribute to the reduction of unemployment and social exclusion in BiH;
• plan to start a new or develop an existing social enterprise;
• intend to develop social entrepreneurship activities within associations and non-governmental organizations;
• show interest in applying for financial support within the Social Entrepreneurship Fund, in order to improve their knowledge required for the preparation of the application - business plan;
• are willing to expand knowledge about social entrepreneurship in general.

Academy for social entrepreneurship is one of attempts to draw attention to the need to regulate the field of social entrepreneurship in Bosnia and Herzegovina. For this reason, it is convergent with our project  „Strengthening social innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of secondary schools’ students by using highly innovative Learning System-Innoschool“.
