The Employers Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Constanta (PIMM Constanta) started 2021 with organization of the International event within the WOMEN IN BUSINESS project, which will took place earlier today - , 14th January 2021, at 10:00 AM (CET). It was hel online and gathered more than 50 participants who contributed to the aim of the event for creation a framework within which specific aspects related to female entrepreneurship, good practices in business development and public policies that foster female entrepreneurship were discussed.
Mr. Iulian GROPOȘILĂ, President, PIMM Constanta welcommed all the participants at the beginning. Cristian DINA presented the project WOMEN IN BUSINESS.

Ms. Bianca TUDOR, President, Elite Business Clubs focused her spech on the problems identified by young female entrepreneurs in their own business.  Ms. Oana YÜCEL, Trainer and Coach, continued with mindset & qualities of an entrepreneur.
Ms. Cornelia ROTARU, President, ADAF Romania, spoke about the public policies for the business environment.
Ms. Corina DRAGOMIRESCU, Vicepresident, Advocacy Academy, continued with presentation of the need for public policy in business.
