The 2nd DIONYSUS Consortium Meeting was organised together with the 2nd Work Package & Activity Leaders Meeting and the 2nd Steering Committee Meeting on 26th May 2021 (virtually, due to the current Corona situation), gathering 48 participants with each member of the Project Consortium being represented.

The aim of the meetings was to report on project progress and achievements so far. The status of all project Work Packages was presented during the Work Package & Activity Leaders Meeting.

The event started with a presentation on the project management: deliverables and outputs, budget and spending forecast, lessons learnt and planning on the reporting process for period 2. Project partners discussed the organisation of the First-Year Review Meeting related to DIONYSUS project progress, delays, difficulties in implementation, etc. The communication activities under WPC in period 1 and 2 were presented. 

The second part of the online event was the SCOM meeting during which the LP reported to Steering Committee Members the overall status of the DIONYSUS Project’s activities and to the main issues related to the project’s administration and 1st progress report.       

The status of all project Work Packages was presented during the Work Package & Activity Leaders Meeting. The responsible partners introduced the detailed tasks, deliverables and outputs of the project’s specific content work packages and informed the participating partners about the status of the tasks planned to be carried out in Period 1 & Period 2. The next steps to be finished before the end of 2021 were introduced and project partners discussed the planning of the next activities to be executed during Period 3.
