On the 10th of January, we had a Virtual Steering WP T4 kick-off Meeting of the MELIA Observatory project, organized by our PP : Research Centre Regional and Global Development (REGLO), Sofia, Bulgaria.

The intent was to discuss about the: Draft Methodology for Pilots Implementation plans for implementation of the pilots and
benchmarking activities in each country, plans for future activities and other questions among the consortium.

We had a fruitful discussion and set some dates and goals that should be done in front of the obligation of the MELIA project.

Pilot1 in Germany (SoWiBeFo) and in Hungary (PBN);
Pilot 2 in the Czech Republic (MUP) and Croatia (CCE);
Pilot 3 in Slovenia (FAM) and in Bulgaria (REGLO);
Benchmarking activities in Romania, Montenegro, Ukraine (Lead) and
Bosnia and Herzegovina (5 min. per partner).
