Partners of the CD SKILLS project form UKC Maribor presented the achievements of the project at the 8th Slovenian Pediatric Congress, organized by the Slovenian Pediatric Association in Bled between September 28 and October 1. Assist. Petra Rižnik, MD, PhD, presented the data on knowledge about celiac disease in Central Europe, which she compared with the data from the Danube region. Assoc. prof. dr. Jernej Dolinšek, MD, PhD, presented the latest celiac disease management guidelines. At the same time, he presented some interesting results of the CD SKILLS project focusing on the celiac disease management practices in the Danube region. Approximately 200 participants from different medical institutions from all over Slovenia, who attended the congress, were invited to the exhibition space where Tomaž Krenčnik, MD and Assist. Martina Klemenak, MD, PhD, presented publications developed within the project and provided participants with a postcard as an invitation to join celiac disease online courses and answered their questions.
