DIGITRANS - SECOND METHOD DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP

20-07-2017

The new DIGITRANS method has passed the second test on 18 July 2017 at the incubation space at Reutlingen University at the Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen (DE). In the second method development workshop the partners out of three countries have tested the new method on a real business case. Under the moderation of Martin Kinitzki, University Reutlingen (DE) and of Petra Newrly, MFG Baden Württemberg (DE), the project partners AUPM (RO), RORCF (RO) and FOI (HR) and one external partner from Wintergerst business consulting were guided through the different method phases. In two teams, the participants worked on a real business case to develop an innovative digital business model with the DIGITRANS method. At the end of the day, they presented their results and gave feedback on the DIGITRANS method. The lessons learned and impressions from this day will be integrated in the further development of the DIGITRANS method.
